Best seafood I ever had was at a shack on the coast of Maine in a non-tourist town. It wasn't even a restaurant; it was just a building where the lobstermen would sell their catch. No place to sit inside; there was a bench out front. But they kept a pot of water boiling out back in case somebody wanted one ready to eat. So you paid the man $10 and he boiled you one and you took your lobster out to the bench and ate it with a borrowed nutcracker and a plastic fork while fighting off the gulls. Good times.
