  So - like other private vehicles? Right now, if you take the two-seat Aeronca Chief you bought for $15K and go for a trip, anyone can go to a few free websites to track where you are every moment of the flight, and click a link on the website to get your name and home address. Let's do the same for cars, because there are plenty of rich people in cars as well.
