To me personally the number 1 reason is no noises nor distractions at all! This way I can be very productive and actually work nearly non-stop, apart from minor

To me personally the number 1 reason is no noises nor distractions at all! This way I can be very productive and actually work nearly non-stop, apart from minor times to get up and move around to relax myself a bit.
Another reason is having access to my fridge so I can consume healthy food and beverages any time I want AND having access to my OWN toilet that I know who's using it in my house.
