- zamadatix 2y agoFor some reason Arch does not fully handle things when you switch from nouveau. You have to manually blacklist nouveau then set nvidia_drm.modeset=1.
- aeyes 2y agoDid you add the nvidia_drm.modeset=1 kernel parameter? https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA#DRM_kernel_mode_setting https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA#DRM_kernel_mode_sett... That did the trick for me. Without that I only got a black screen with the cursor.
- fooker 2y agoYes, this did not work for me. I can get into the plasma session, but it's basically unusable
