The significant thing I see here in this article is that eating and food is part of the education system, with children having good, healthy meals prepared for them at school that everyone eats, including the teachers. This has a lot of advantages beyond ensuring kids are eating healthy food and healthy and able to learn at school, it also teaches kids how to eat well, and gives a big helping hand to lower income parents that might not be able to afford to feed their children well. This is something that I would love to see my country adopt.
