The thing about that is, you don't need to be aware of climate change to have to do it. You will simply be forced to do it because your insurance company is going to make you. But the only solution is move. There is no way you can make a high fire risk zone safe, and water/summer temperatures won't be an issue outside tropical regions (so the US will be okay) but if you are in one of those you can't fix it.
