For mobile, this looks promising: https://skip.tools https://skip.tools Transpiles SwiftUI over to Kotlin/JetPack Compose. Native all the way down. Haven't used it in production, but the demos work and are native after going through XCode and Android Studio.

> first-class development environment (Xcode) this made me lol. As somebody who does mobile dev professionally, the worst thing about iOS dev is how terrible XCode is compared to Android Studio. There's no way I would want this.
