Good infrastructure usually means that you do little walking and a lot of standing around, this can't account for such a massive difference.
- Karrot_Kream 2y agoJapan has Uber Eats and Dominos also and they're very popular. There are literal cafes in Tokyo where you can get Uber Eats delivered to and eat there.
