You put peanut butter in the fridge !?
- cortesoft 2y agoAfter opening, yes, especially if it is all natural.
- daemonologist 2y agoYes - the peanut oil freezes at 37F which keeps it from separating. (Some brands have additives such as palm oil which provide the same benefit at room temperature, but I usually don't purchase these.) Normally I wouldn't mind separation but peanut butter is kind of a pain to stir thoroughly.
