It’s really hard to believe these numbers but I’m not outright saying they’re wrong because I have no data.
I wonder though if they’d count my 7 year old who uses a very old iPhone to access YouTube Kids (which shall never be deleted because it cannot be reinstalled again!) for craft-along projects.
- Horffupolde 2y agoWhy can’t it be reinstalled?
- mikestew 2y agoa very old iPhone... Not OP, but I'm guessing the latest version of the app requires iOS version X, and the phone will only run iOS X-1.
- Waterluvian 2y agoYeah. We learned that lesson when I uninstalled YouTube because half the features didn’t work and then it rejected any attempt to install the app again.
- erkt 2y agoExtra phone lines cost almost nothing and free smartphones are a thing again. They practically throw low end iPhones and pixels at you to try for a new contract. I can understand spending $10/mo for peace of mind from the bus stop to school. I have a home phone again (cell phone) because it cost nothing extra. YMMV by country and region.
