Forgive the Reddit link. Microsoft already tried something like detecting people who are thinking of leaving:

Thankfully they pulled it.
But it's a line in the sand that shouldn't be crossed, yet slowly the line is being moved.
- al_borland 2y agoMy company has some kind of system to try and alert managers when an employee is at risk of leaving, but I have on idea what they are using to determine that. I've been at risk for a while and no one has talked to me about it.
- dpig_ 2y agoThe cameras at the entrance to the building run some sentiment analysis on your face at 8am.
