It's not the genetics or food, it's the culture. ie. Japanese take their trash home from stadium and theaters. Meanwhile in America we throw the trash out of the window of their car into the parking lot while parked 10 feet away from a dumpster. I am sure somewhere in Japan there are obese people and those who throw their trash into the parking lot but they are the exception not the norm where it is reverse in America. But if it takes a drug to help drive down obesity I have no problem with people taking it, but we've got to address the cost which is ridiculous and unacceptable.
