This is some very cool project! I sometime dream about a instruction set architecture (ISA) that runs in some kind of VM that allows for existing languages to be able to run on CPU/GPU/FPGAs/ASICs automatically. I think this is a much more practically approach and i hope this will give some inspiration to this possibility.
