I mean, they are pretty similar. I think more people would guess that was the Adobe logo than would guess it was a Greek Delta. I have no handy test for determining whether their products are close enough for the very, very obvious similarity to cause confusion, but I would not be surprised if it did.
- jtriangle 2y agoTest or not, the matter is more about "how much can you spend on legal representation", and the answer there is going to be "not enough" unless you are a very, very large company.
