Couldn't they use irradiation to kill the spores in beehives? AFAIK irradiation kills everything when used to treat food for long-term storage, for example.

AFAIK irradiation kills everything when used to treat food for long-term storage, for example.
- bregma 2y agoYou would need to irradiate the bees. The bees are the expensive part. Burning everything with regular chemical fire is cheaper.
