This feels a bit off. Change/Progress doesn’t tend to happen for most people until the status quo is more painful than the effort it takes to change or make progress. Just human nature. If you’re happy where you are, you’re not likely to change your situation on purpose.
- dotnet00 2y agoThis is only if the position you're happy being at is static. You can be happy where you are in the sense that you know you're working in the direction you want to go. Say, someone who is content with working under a bad boss because they know they are on the track to being out of that situation soon.
