I watch porn but I don’t want porn on every site I use. Skill has nothing to do with it, it’s that adult content is generally meant for a different response from “awe”.
Some fringe content is downright disgusting and so far away from art that some people should put their pencils down and go to therapy.
- Freak_NL 2y agoWanting to avoid pornographic content on platforms which do not cater exclusively to porn is a valid goal, but often that is just a checkbox away. Something can be both disgusting and artistic at the same time (plenty of lauded examples of modern art by established artists can be quite disgusting), and dismissing erotic content as unartistic just because it is erotic content seems silly.
