FSD doesn't seem to talk to the on-car navigation system. When navigation tells you to "keep left", FSD happily changed lane to the right. It makes more sense to just use FSD as a Lane Keep Assistant System on highway, with occasional surprises like switching to a faster lane mostly automated.
