I think it looks great. Yes, Omni will probably eat your lunch. But one thing you might have going for you is on-boarding. Not everyone is going to be OK with signing up for OpenAI tools, so that might help.
The other suggestion I would make is to move away from solely a monthly subscription model, and allow for a Credits feature. That way people who only occasionally need parent support can just use their credits on the go.
Finally I would consider ways you can simplify the UI down to the bare bones. If you're really talking about technophobes, then anything distracting on the main screen is going to be a problem. Think the Google search box. Good luck!
- timtanida 2y agoThank you for your feedback and suggestions! The credits feature is a good idea. I considered it too, but I thought people may feel pressured to make the sessions as short as possible, which would make the overall experience worse. However, a good middle ground would be to just implement it in addition to the subscription model, and see which one users prefer. Regarding the UI, that was definitely my itention! Maybe I can simplify it even further though, I will consider it!
