- stevenicr 2y agoReally sad to see the got Mint.. Cheers for the people that profited, but I feel this is a more serious blow than the sprint takeover.
- nerdkid93 2y agoCheck out US Mobile. They follow a similar ethos of prepaid plan, but you don't necessarily even need to sign up for months at a time like Mint.
- tiltowait 2y agoT-Mobile was the worst, most incompetent company I have had the displeasure of working with in recent years. I fled to Mint. To say I’m chuffed by that acquisition is an understatement.
- bagels 2y agoI'm confused by this. You don't like T-Mobile, but you're happy you'll be returning?
- kevin_thibedeau 2y agoLong ago I had a T-mobile prepaid plan that had the wrong caller ID info. They claimed it couldn't be fixed because it was prepaid and they were unable to properly manage those accounts. Mint has been much better and will remain cheaper for now.
- n00bskoolbus 2y agoWait so are you really happy they got acquired? Or does chuffed mean something else in the states?
- dangus 2y agoI think it was sarcasm...or just the word being misused.
- accrual 2y agoI don't know how long it will last, but Mint advised their rates were staying the same. https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/t-mobile-closes-mint-mobile-deal-promises-to-keep-15-monthly-plan-option/ https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/t-mobile-closes-mint-mobile...
