They move leaves off of surfaces where they are a nuisance, to a disposal area.
- bluGill 2y agoSo does a rake or broom. It needs more manual labor to do it that way.
- Vaslo 2y agoSome yards are large and some people are older. They can’t take and lift leaves. Many communities have it so they can be blown the street and are picked up every few days - much less labor and effort than raking into piles, picking up, bagging etc.
