I lost my mind trying to find the best milk alternative

  The best alternative to milk is milk. True there may need to be minor changes, like pre-converting the lactose before the milk is used but basically milk is milk. To label any 'non-milk' as 'milk' is merely blatant commercial brainwashing. I include 'skinny milk' in that class also, maybe we could make that a little skinnier again, and end up with water.
