Given the excess deaths after the pandemic, it looks like there's understimulation rather than over-reporting! I know, I know - some rush to contribute them to some popular mRNA-based products, which suddenly ended up in the bodies of billions of people, but I don't think that's the main culprit as the virus itself is doing enough damage to tissues and organs.
