So people would rather read a ton of bullshitty "we're a family but unfortunately, the times are tough, you know, we wish this wasn't necessary and we'll be terribly sad to see you go" hogwash?
- leosanchez 2y ago> it was determined that there was no reasonable accommodation that would enable you to perform the essential functions of your position in your role. This seems a bit much. I expect to receive something like this if I failed an interview. Not when I am getting layoff.
- giraffe_lady 2y ago"Reasonable accommodation" is an employment/disability law term of art with a very specific meaning. They are saying "you're disabled in a way that we're pretty sure we can fire you for."
