The zig compiler can compile C and C++, using llvm, and it also packages various libc implementations, including glibc, musl, mingw, and msvc, and more for other OSes. Some people use it as a more convenient golang-like cross-compiler. And this whole combination is a smaller download and install than most other toolchains out there.
