why did you give a seed investor 70pct??????
- fakedang 2y agoThe primary question. I think he got his valuations f**ed up while drawing up the cap table. 250k at a 1 million valuation is 25% for the investor, not 70%!! And if he paid $84k to the CTO each year, I would love to be his next cofounder.
