I tried my hardest to love the ipad + pencil workflow for work, but ultimately I crawled back to my windows ultrabook setup. While the taking notes part is great, its all the other workflows that don't seem to fit in (for me). While taking notes, I need to lookup a technical term or have some document open, or load up a project planning tool to enter task related notes, etc. Other times, I need to review/mark-up/highlight technical documents, some of them are in an email, some are in sharepoint, some are on my desktop. Some are controlled documents that I can only use through a separate document warehouse system, etc, etc.
