One easy fix is to stop building things above ground like houses and buildings and start building underground like our ancestors did. You probably don't realize this but pouring the concrete foundation of just one building at UMass Amherst in 2022, put out more CO2 then a Honda CRV does in a whole year

- bpiche 2y agoUmass. The student center/hotel is all concrete. A cool brutalist structure from one angle, but it feels a little inhumane on the inside. My favorite part is the grad lounge/bar with no windows and blood red concrete walls.
