Speaking on Myers-Brigg.  One thing I am realizing is that they put ISTJs/ESTJs in the interviewer seat. Your liked minded INTPs are all developing, not interviewing.  They don't find certain fluffy things as impressive. They like concrete, palpable information. That's why you have to take it off to increase your chances...you'll be with your other INTPs after your hired...just have to make it through those SJs...
