I'm not sure I see the point. It's not hard to see that humans almost everywhere and in almost every point in history organized (voluntarily or otherwise) into those with more agency and leverage and those with less.
Most people are content to find a comfort zone and continue in that for decades at a time as long as conditions are bearable. Some people find themselves both able and willing to make tough decisions that affect many other people. This could be through compassionate leadership, dispassionate but mutual agreement, or even violent oppression, and I think the people involved care more about that context than whether certain human-computer interfaces are involved.
