The Harsh Crackdown on College Protests Is a Dangerous Mistake
- Bostonian 2y agoColleges have rules against camping out overnight on their campuses, and those rules exist for the safety of would-be campers and other members of the university community. If a school enforces anti-camping rules for some groups and not others, it is taking sides, and at a public university, it may be violating the 1st Amendment.
