I really like it, and the "artistic direction" is lovely. With that said, I would put more of the specifics (my software) earlier and some of the generalities (traits of a great software engineer) later on. If you start with a lot of generalities, it's easy to think, "oh, he has no specifics to recommend him" when in fact you do.

Thank you for the kudos. I experimented with the order a bit, but myself and a friend that looked at it found the flow of information a bit weird when starting with the specifics.
