I think you do - you organized a business venture and assumed the risk for it. I've founded or co-founded two venture funded startups and two self-funded businesses, and I consider them equally entrepreneurial. The ISP, while we didn't take external funding, was definitely a startup. I don't put the cryptocurrency crap in the startup bin because I deliberately chose not to grow it to have employees beyond the three founders, even though it was the most profitable of all of the ventures. Weird that.
