Since Khosla has deep pockets, can he appeal to block access to the beach and prevent public access still ?
- TheCleric 2y agoHe doesn’t even have to appeal. This seems to be a ruling saying that he can’t have the suit throw out on its face. So he could still win the suit itself (though I wouldn’t bet on that).
