For example, in Pleasanton - [0] It's just difficult when I as an native am not going to get duped into spending $10 on "chai tea" when I know it's only worth $2 and the input cost at scale is $0.02. Just take a look at the HMart prices near a college campus or around a 2nd gen Asian American neighborhood and an HMart in a neighborhood with plenty of 1 and 1.5 Gen Asian Americans.
