If anyone thinks that “expires” date is anything but a recommendation, they should seriously consider improving their reasoning skills. Might actually be a good interview question.
- gnicholas 2y agoI know some people who are very conservative about food expiration dates, generally based on past bad experiences. It would not be a good idea to filter out people just based on this IMO. These people are very diligent workers and extremely intelligent regarding work-related issues so it would be a shame to pass them over based on personal habits.
