This looks awesome. Any tips on getting my support people to actually use it?
- thedg 2y agoThank you! Haha hopefully they love it because it makes them faster at reporting bugs too. Jam creates the ticket for them and auto-fills details like browser/OS and repro steps so they can spend less time filing bugs.
