Terrific! Any country with proper environmental standards should have open trade. Those who do not - should have heavy (large) environmental (based) tariffs. F

Terrific! Any country with proper environmental standards should have open trade.
Those who do not - should have heavy (large) environmental (based) tariffs. For example any country caught not following the Montreal protocol should have all their products in that category charged a 2000% tariff, or in other words a tariff proportional to the difference in destruction of the earth verses following the environmental rules.
