the engineering lead seems like he has a good relationship with their legal team. The tone of voice shift between "we don't disclose all information to protect customer security" just before disclosing additional information is deafening. It seems like he knows what he's doing and the debug time is just taking a while to work though their undeniable slow process. I'm confused why this is on HN, this is just boring process from a large corporation actually behaving well.
