  Right, which is why I literally only wrote of veganism. Also, many women cant get enough iron from eggs.

      For women (and children)? To live, sure. To fully thrive? Not really, no. In children it's a recipe for stunted growth. The historical medical record is clear on that. For women it's a recipe for weakness and loss of vitality. Which is how, of those billion you mentioned, the half billion men prefer their half billion women.
