I reported a bug with LibreLink to Abbott about 18 months ago and they still haven't fixed it.
The app doesn't respect Android's Do Not Disturb override list which essentially means I can't use DND on my phone. It's been the same on two phones, there are loads of reports on the Play Store reviews and on Reddit, so it's definitely a bug and not just me.
They haven't even acknowledged it's a bug, every time I'm directed to reinstall the app, clear the cache, factory reset the phone etc.
- jimbobthrowawy 2y agoIs the override set in the system, or does the app somehow know about it? I can imagine some developer misinterpreting how DND detection works and not sending a notification if it's enabled, though I can also imagine android's implementation being bugged in some specific way.
- petepete 2y agoYeah the override is set in Android settings and it works fine for other apps like my house alarm and security camera system. Enabling DND makes LibreLink instantly flash up a warning saying "Alarms aren't available."
