Good lord no. If that were the case, my emergency contacts would be getting called at least once a week on my drive to work. However, seems reasonable to have that as an option. Unfortunately, like many people have already mentioned, the software coming out for these things is usually trash and who knows how well an autocall feature would even work. I actually ran into this exact bug and wound up disabling the phone connection to preserve the battery.
