Full title is "VESA Rolls Out DisplayHDR 1.2 Spec: Adding Color Accuracy, Black Crush, & Wide-Color Gamuts For All", but that was too long to fit. Overall it sounds like a good set of changes, cracking down on the areas where manufacturers were essentially gaming the old tests to technically meet the standards while providing a garbage experience in real-world usage. It basically meant "this monitor will accept a HDR signal, but it will probably look like trash".
