Still not sure if I get it. I have several "hourly" contract jobs, so it's 10 hours a day/4 days a week, instead of 8 hours/5 days a week?
I'd think I'd burnout quicker with the longer hours
- barfbagginus 2y agoYou show up for 8 hours for 4 days, for the same pay as before. And if the boss doesn't like it, you fork the business unit and seize control of all value production operations. It's not a bad feature.
