  Sandy is an interesting character, very knowledgeable about the auto industry and always opinionated. His videos will certainly make you think because he always points out something you hadn't considered

    Yes, he's quite an interesting character, definitely not afraid to say what he thinks even if his opinions are unpopular / contradict the conventional wisdom. While I don't agree with everything he says on this video (in particular, I find his understanding of Wall Street and the Federal Reserve to be... very limited), his arguments made me change my mind about Tesla's recent layoffs. I love it when someone makes me change my mind. Others on HN who want to hear/see contrarian views on Tesla's layoffs will appreciate the video too.

      haha, for sure Sandy can go on some rants about things he knows less about, but he's epic when it comes to his expertise his videos on the gigapress and the battery packs are pretty great, and less rant iirc
