Is there a reason a publication will write "Boeing workers falsified records" instead of "Boeing falsified records"? What do you think it is?
- jprd 2y agoLegal. Boeing is a corporation and they don't have proof it was a Corporate Decision™ Meaning, we lean on the non-entity organization legally and perhaps some of its officers and accept defense arguments that were invalidated at Nuremburg. Both Boeing and individuals will be indicted eventually, but I agree that Boeing (thanks Citizen United!) should bear the brunt of the punishment.
