Well... Apple do have Swift Playgrounds.
And SwiftUI is about as easy as it gets!
Although using Xcode and setting yourself up in the App Store still requires some understanding of arcane settings and Xcode IDE familiarity :-)
- msephton 2y agoSwiftUI is a long way behind drag and drop user interface layout. But today there are different problems to solve, like dynamic screen sizes, which it make relatively easy.
