- ricardobeat 14y agoSnuggy? Google didn't help.
- chops 14y agoI'm sure he's talking about the Snuggie, a ridiculous looking blanket with sleeves, known for its ridiculous infomercials in the US. http://www.mysnuggiestore.com http://www.mysnuggiestore.com
- sigkill 14y agoWow, that product is crazy. Was it a success?
- wwwhizz 14y agoThey have sold millions of them. They were a christmas hit in several countries...
- djt 14y agoExactly my point. Not all products need great engineering, this is a poncho made out of blanket material and their production, marketing and sales team have managed to shift millions of units with ridiculous margins.
- ricardobeat 14y agoWhy crazy? It looks like a modern incarnation of the Poncho, a common garment in southern south america. I have one since childhood, it's great for the winter :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poncho http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poncho
- sigkill 14y agoCrazy more on the weird sense. If it did any well, I bet it was PURELY due to marketing.
