That doesn't sound right, assuming a lane width of 3.5m, they can only resurface roughly 29 square meters an hours? With all that equipment and manpower.

- bobthepanda 3y agoyou need to scrape all the way to the base and then fill back in when repaving. and you also can't lay asphalt in rain.
