If you look carefully, it seems that it can. It has wheels, and it's probably motorized.
- phire 2y agoIt had wheels and it can move. But only with traffic shut down.
- cryptonector 2y agoSure, but that can happen at night with minimal disruption to traffic as it takes only the time to move it, not the time to disassemble, move, and re-assemble.
